Welcome to Citrus View, our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa situated amongst the Orange Groves of Westbury.

Our villa is of brick construction, fully air conditioned, ceiling fans in all rooms, with alarmed doors and windows to the pool area.

Citrus View sleeps 8 but can take a maximum of 10, ideal for 2 families to share.

There are two double en-suite bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, (one Disney theme), which share the third bathroom,
and a double bed settee in the living room.

All bedrooms have Cable TV. The master rooms also have DVD.

The mainroom also has HD TV and full digital cable with a DVD and surround sound.

A separate area of the mainroom houses the Playstation 2 and you will also find some books, board games and cards.

In the Games Room there is a pool table, table football, airhockey and electronic darts also with air-conditioning.

The 28' x 15' pool is on an extended deck that is South facing for maximum sun.
Above ground SPA with coloured lights and a waterfall.
The covered lanai has an aluminium table and chairs, a light, ceiling fan and a gas BBQ is perfect for those evenings at home,
or indeed rest days.
There are sun loungers with padded covers for those wishing to top up that sun tan.

The whole pool and lanai area is screened for guests comfort.
There are privacy fences to each side and a hedge behind with citrus trees in front.
There are three orange trees, a lime, lemon and a grapefruit tree.

Located on HW 27 just off the I 4, approximately 10 minutes from Disney Maingate.
9.6 miles from Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Close to shops, restaurants and other amenities.
Only 2 minutes from the developing Posner Park with Target, JC Penny, Belk, Best Buy, Dick's Sports, Pet Smart and several more shops now open.
